They're made with FSC certified North American wood and feature luxurious organic cotton fabrics and extra slats for additional strength. A quality foundation is essential to maintaining the integrity of your mattress over time and can make a noticeable difference in the feel of your bed as well. The extra slats help prevent the bottom of your mattress from developing a waviness that can reduce the lifespan of the mattress. The Naturepedic box spring is made in-house with meticulous attention to detail. No flame retardants.

Organic Cotton Fabric

Organic cotton is the purest form of cotton and a healthier alternative to synthetic fabrics which are often treated with perfluorinated compounds (PFAS) plus various anti-bacterial biocidal treatments and even flame retardants. You'll also love the feel of this stretch-knit fabric. It's soft to the touch and offers a premium luxurious finish.
